Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a comparable leadership role
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to surpass targets.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies for market growth.
- Oversee sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and new market expansion
- Recruit, train, and nurture sales talent.
Person Specification:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward ambitious goals.
- Preferred age range (25-35)
- Exceptional common-sense and sound business judgment for practical decision-making in fast-paced situations.
- Highly result-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets consistently
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and excels with less supervision.
- Holds individuals accountable for their performance and responsibilities.
