We are a fast-growing restaurant chain seeking a reliable and proactive Senior Executive – Facilities & Maintenance to support the smooth operation, upkeep, and expansion of our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing day-to-day facility operations across restaurant outlets, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and external contractors
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and schedules
Monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
Track and report electricity, water, and other utility usage across outlets
Assist in budget preparation and cost monitoring for facility and maintenance operations
Support new outlet setup works and assist with external events and special projects
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in facilities or maintenance management (experience in restaurants, QSR, hospitality, or retail chains will be an added advantage)
Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and work under deadlines
Willingness to travel between outlets when required
Proficiency in MS Excel / basic reporting will be an added advantage
