💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in deployment, field operations, or technical installation
Experience in fintech, payment solutions, or merchant services is an added advantage
Strong technical aptitude with ability to install, configure, and test devices
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Technically skilled professional with hands-on deployment experience

Execute device installation and deployment across assigned merchant locations
Coordinate deployment schedules with merchants and internal teams
Install, configure, and test devices to ensure readiness
Ensure successful merchant activation and deployment completion
Provide merchants with product training and usage guidance
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during deployment
Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams
Ensure accurate deployment reporting and documentation
Support smooth merchant handover to Merchant Success or Customer Success
Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs

Position: Senior Deployment Executive
Role Purpose: Responsible for executing merchant device installations, activation, setup, testing, and merchant training to ensure successful deployment and readiness to transact
Focus: Delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality deployments while ensuring merchants receive proper onboarding and operational support during the activation process
Department: Deployment / Field Operations
Reports to: Deployment Manager / Operations Manager
