【~】✪ 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, Education, or Service Sector preferred).
【~】✪ Medical delegate experience is considered a distinct advantage.
【~】✪ Active and energetic personality with strong negotiation skills.
【~】✪ Professional behavior and excellent communication skills.
【~】✪ Must be willing to work across the assigned areas: Gampaha, Kaduwela, and Borella.

【~】✪ Identify and onboard new distributors and explore new sales channels.
【~】✪ Explore opportunities in modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional sales (schools, learning centers, etc.).
【~】✪ Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
【~】✪ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
