Job Description
WINSOR is looking for an energetic and responsible Sales Representative to visit our retail partner locations across Sri Lanka where WINSOR watches are sold.
The role will involve maintaining good relationships with our retail partners and ensuring that WINSOR products are properly displayed, stocked and maintained at partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
Visit WINSOR retail partner shops according to the assigned schedule
Check WINSOR stock availability at partner locations
Identify products that need to be reordered and arrange reorders
Check WINSOR watch displays and ensure products are properly presented
Check watches for damages, defects or other issues
Collect damaged watches when required and coordinate repairs/replacements
Ensure repaired/replacement watches are returned to the relevant partner
Maintain good relationships with retail partners
Monitor product movement and provide feedback to management
Identify opportunities to increase WINSOR sales at partner locations
Take photographs or provide reports of displays and stock when required
Carry out other field sales and merchandising duties assigned by management
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, field sales, merchandising or a similar position is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Friendly and professional personality
Ability to build good relationships with shop owners and staff
Good organizational skills
Honest, responsible and trustworthy
Willingness to travel to different locations
Ability to work independently
A valid driving licence would be an advantage
Working Location: Various WINSOR retail partner locations across Sri Lanka
Salary: [40000 to 50000]
Company vehicle / transport allowance / fuel allowance / travel allowance/Lunch and tea will be provided
