Languages: English, Sinhala & Tamil

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

A proactive and detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Corporate Administration. Aged 23–30 years, fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, with strong MS Office proficiency. A collaborative problem-solver who takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and timely execution, thriving in cross-functional teamwork and process improvement environments.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Handle B2B & B2C client communications

Coordinate sales orders and internal logistics

Work across departments to ensure smooth distribution

Maintain records, reports, and distribution documentation

Analyze data and support process improvements

Serve as the link between orders, operations, and on-time deliveries

Manage corporate inquiries efficiently
