Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales activities for industrial IoT and programmable controller products.
This role focuses on lead coordination, customer communication, quotation follow-ups, and sales tracking, ensuring that inquiries are handled professionally and on time. The role is process-driven and coordination-focused.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer emails
- Coordinate quotation preparation and follow-ups
- Maintain sales records and pipeline tracking
- Schedule demos and meetings with customers
- Coordinate internally with technical and marketing teams
- Support order processing and basic sales documentation
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Professional email and customer communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented working style
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic CRM tools
- Ability to follow defined processes and timelines
- Willingness to learn product basics and sales workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or operations roles
- Exposure to B2B environments or international customers
- Familiarity with CRM or quotation systems
