Sales Manger / Senior Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Ja ela team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

- Track and report on sales performance, including forecasts and pipeline management.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Age should be over 23 years old

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
