【~】✪ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
【~】✪ Age below 45 years.
【~】✪ Strong knowledge of parts with proven hands-on experience.
【~】✪ Degree/Higher Diploma required (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
【~】✪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala & English.
【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure, with high personal discipline and honesty.
【~】✪ Must possess a valid driving license.

【~】✪ Drive market penetration and expansion across all locations.
【~】✪ Build and grow the customer base (dealers, resellers, large workshop accounts).
【~】✪ Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
【~】✪ Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Sales Supervisors and Field Sales Executives.
【~】✪ Conduct field visits to ensure sales standards and compliance.
【~】✪ Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions.
【~】✪ Support budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis activities.
【~】✪ Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
