St. Anthony's Hardware (Pvt) Ltd, is one of the oldest and largest conglomerates, having diversified into a wide range of service sectors, including bathware and sanitaryware, machinery and tools, renewable energy, water purification, and construction chemicals, all with the aim of enhancing the lives of Sri Lankan citizens. We are searching for a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong PR skills and an outgoing personality to fill the following post immediately.

𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
✦ Manage and drive project sales to meet and exceed company targets.
✦ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and developers.
✦ Oversee and support the sales process for project-related inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
✦ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
✦ Analyze project sales figures, track trends, and provide detailed reports to management.
✦ Coordinate project-related activities with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
✦ Ensure that all project-related sales activities align with company policies and objectives.
✦ Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
✦ Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to project delivery and sales.
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏
✦ We are looking for a result-oriented individual with a proven track record in project sales.
✦ The ideal candidate must be over 25 years old, with a minimum of 03 years of experience in a sales
or project management role.
✦ Experience in hardware, building materials, or related industries will be highly preferred.
✦ A proactive, strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
✦ Experience in handling B2B sales and managing large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
✦ Full or part-qualified in SLIM/CIM or equivalent qualifications.
✦ Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English and Sinhala.
