Job Role Description
This is a full-time role, located in Kelaniya for a Sales Executive position.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Director of sales team, coordinating sales activities and events, maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records, and managing customer inquiries and requests.
Age – 19 to 35 years
Salary - Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 75,000

Qualifications and Responsibilities
• A/L passed and or other qualifications will be beneficial.
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity.
• Handling calls, emails, and messages
• Handling orders / Dealer Outstanding and Credit controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
