🔹 POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics)

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 1–5 years of proven sales experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Good knowledge of MS Office and Email

- Good knowledge in English and Sinhala
