Time Vault is a luxury watch and accessories brand that initially launched online in 2020 and has now expanded to a retail store.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Coordinate and interact with customers, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
2. Social Media Management: Capture and post engaging Instagram & Facebook stories.
3. Inquiries & Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social media and messaging platforms. Provide product information, pricing details, and purchase assistance.
4. Administrative Tasks: Handle daily admin work, ensuring smooth store and online operations.
5. Content Ideation: Assist in planning and executing social media content to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of social media trends & engagement strategies.
2. Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
4. A passion for fashion, and customer service is a plus.
