Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales (Pharmaceutical industry preferred).
Strong existing relationships with pharmacies are mandatory.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, collection follow-ups, and reporting.
Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license and own a motorbike.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and medical outlets.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with pharmacy customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of dues.
Visit customers regularly and ensure product availability and visibility.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Ensure proper handling of orders, deliveries, and customer service.
