Job Description:
>Engage with customers warmly, understand their preferences & provide detailed information about our jewellery collections.
>Assist in product selection, provide styling suggestions & ensure a smooth & personalised sales experience.
>Accurately process invoices and complete sales transactions.
>Handle cash & card transactions with precision. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure a secure and professional checkout process.
>Support daily showroom operations, assist in visual merchandising & perform administrative tasks as required.
>Coordinate with the finance team for sales documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
>Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
>Strong customer service and sales skills with a polished, professional approach.
>Good understanding of billing and POS systems.
>Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
>Computer literacy and basic maths skills.
>Friendly, confident, and team-oriented personality.
