Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction and meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and submit sales reports, tracking progress and market trends.
Assist in post-sale activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
