**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Reports To:** Store Manager / Brand Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our clothing brand. The ideal candidate will oversee the management of in-store staff, handle customer interactions, drive sales, and maintain the sales database. A strong knowledge of digital marketing is preferred, as this role will also involve contributing to online sales strategies and brand promotion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Store Management:**
- Supervise and manage the performance of in-store sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards of service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
- **Customer Relations:**
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Track and analyze customer feedback to improve the in-store experience.
- **Sales & Performance:**
- Drive sales by setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales strategies.
- Work with the store team to upsell and cross-sell products.
- **Database Management:**
- Maintain and update the customer and sales database to track purchases, preferences, and other relevant data.
- Utilize the database to inform marketing strategies and improve customer retention.
- **Digital Marketing Support:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate in-store promotions with online campaigns.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and promoting products via digital channels.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to help drive both in-store and online sales growth.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Previous experience in sales, retail management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience with database management and CRM systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- A degree or certification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
