JOB OVERVIEW,
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the hardware or building construction material sector. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and construction firms.
2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
3. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
4. Provide expert advice on hardware and building construction materials.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. ACADEMIC qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, particularly in the hardware or construction materials industry.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Excellent understanding of hardware and building construction materials.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
