Job Profile
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities (BMS/Fire/Lighting Controls).
• Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients (BMS/Fire/Lighting Controls).
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and meet customer needs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide post-sales technical support and consultancy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Job Requirement
• Solid technical background in the relevant engineering field. (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics preferably NDT/BSc/HNDE with Experience)
• Strong business acumen and good judgement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build client relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sales and presentation skills.
