About the role
Ezrental is a B2B operator dashboard built for vehicle rental businesses in Sri Lanka. We are hiring our first SDR to own outbound pipeline for the Western Province. prospecting rental operators across all fleet sizes to book qualified demos
This is a field-floor sales role + Hybrid. You will report directly to the founder.
Job role
1. Build and maintain a prospect list of rental operators across Colombo and Gampaha from micro (1–5 vehicles) to mid-market (20–100 vehicles)
2. Execute outbound outreach daily via cold calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits to rental agencies.
3. Book attended product demos and brief the founder with full prospect context before each session
4. Maintain clean, consistent activity logs calls made, responses, follow-up dates
5. Iterate messaging based on objections heard in the field and share insights with the founder weekly.
6. Represent Ezrental professionally at every operator touchpoint in person, over call, and over WhatsApp
• Fluent in Sinhalese or/Tamil
• Based in Gampaha or in Colombo District
• 1–3 years of experience in software sales
• Comfortable on cold calls and in-person visits
• Have their own bike (Allowance will be provided)
