Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth processes between departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist the sales team in managing schedules and customer
interactions
*Coordinate and follow up on sales orders, ensuring timely delivery
*Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and invoices
*Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems
*Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
*Assist in the preparation of reports and sales forecasts
REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum two years experience required
*Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar position
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure
