About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand — helping customers find what they need, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and promotions
Recommend items and explain features or benefits to meet customer needs
Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the POS register
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets
Support with inventory and merchandising tasks as needed

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
