This is a great opportunity for a school leaver or trainee to gain experience in sales and customer handling while working from home.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Reply to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Share product details, images, and pricing (training will be provided)
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements
• Record and organize customer details
• Follow up with potential customers
• Prepare quotations

• Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage)
• Basic smartphone and typing skills
• Responsible, polite, and willing to learn
• Ability to respond quickly during working hours
• Previous experience is NOT required (training will be provided)
