Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide detailed product information and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain neat, organized product displays and store appearance
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Stock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Support visual merchandising efforts and store promotions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Ordinary Level Pass
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills
