Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to support the Sales Division in achieving revenue growth and expanding market presence. The role involves supervising sales teams, developing sales strategies, analyzing performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to execute business plans and manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in implementing sales strategies and achieving business targets.
Supervise and guide Team Leaders and Sales Executives to ensure individual and team goals are met.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Identify new business opportunities, key market trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in developing sales budgets, forecasts, and incentive plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
Provide training, coaching, and motivation to enhance sales team performance.
Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance standards, and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage sales teams effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with capability to prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Remuneration
Rs.100,000 + Sales commission
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Availability over the phone during weekends to coordinate with the working team
Work Location: Kirulapone, Colombo 06 - Onsite
