Friendly and customer-oriented personality
Basic communication skills and fluency in local languages
Willingness to learn about auto parts
Punctual, reliable, and a good team player
Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information on auto parts
Actively sell auto parts in-store and handle cash/digital transactions
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and parts display area
Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability
Cultivate strong, friendly customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Assist with inventory counts and periodic reporting
