💼 Sales Assistant – Dinapala Group

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of electrical, electronic, household appliances, and power tools offered by the Dinapala Group.
💠 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Promote and sell Dinapala Group products to walk-in and potential customers.
🔹 Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
🔹 Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, usage, and benefits effectively.
🔹 Assist in setting up and managing in-store promotional displays and sales events.
🔹 Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🔹 Support Group Sales team as needed. Support Group Sales operations by helping with preparations, deliveries, and other assigned duties.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Work at any assigned Dinapala branch depending on operational needs.
🔹 Label and display products by pasting accurate price tags on each item before placing them on the showroom
✅ Candidate Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Passionate about sales, marketing, and achieving targets.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
