Trust Edge Technologies is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will handle showroom sales, customer support, and daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle showroom sales and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Provide product advice and after-sales customer support
Assist with daily showroom operations
Coordinate and process warranty claims with suppliers and service centers
Maintain proper sales records and customer follow-ups
Requirements
Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
Experience in electronics or IT-related sales is an advantage
Good communication and customer handling skills
Male candidate preferred
Age between 30 – 45 years
