SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Wasanthaye Mahagedara (Pvt) Ltd is a growing Sri Lankan company specializing in premium traditional wedding attire and professional groom dressing services, with branches in Malabe, Kadawatha, Nittambuwa and Kurunegala.
We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and improve company-wide sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
• Age: 33–45 years
• Minimum 6 years of Sales & Marketing experience
• Strong Retail Sales experience is mandatory
• Previous managerial experience in Sales, Retail, Showroom or related operations
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer handling, negotiation and sales closing skills
• Experience in digital leads, customer follow-ups and sales conversions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Target-driven, disciplined and results-oriented
• Willing to travel between branches when required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Manage and monitor sales performance across all branches
• Set and monitor monthly, weekly and daily sales targets
• Lead, train and motivate Branch Managers and Sales Teams
• Monitor leads, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, follow-ups, showroom visits and bookings
• Improve lead-to-booking and customer conversion rates
• Identify weaknesses in the sales process and take corrective action
• Develop promotions and sales campaigns to generate new business
• Coordinate with digital marketing and content teams to generate measurable sales results
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions and market trends
• Conduct branch visits and monitor staff and sales performance
• Analyse sales data and submit performance reports to management
• Take responsibility for achieving company sales targets and revenue growth
PROVEN SALES PERFORMANCE IS MANDATORY
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous sales achievements using actual figures and measurable results.

REMUNERATION
Attractive Salary Package + Performance-Based Incentives
Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications and proven sales performance.
