1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Experience in after-sales or service coordination (advantageous)
Good communication skills with a pleasant, professional approach
Ability to stay calm, patient and solution-focused when handling concerns
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service updates
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved on time and to their satisfaction
Support warranty-related matters, service documentation, and basic reporting
Coordinate with relevant teams and escalate complex matters when required
Ensure all interactions are handled in line with company service standards and procedures
