We're an Australian design and build company looking for a mid-level Revit Documenter & Digital Coordinator with a strong background in bespoke residential projects to join our team remotely, based in Sri Lanka. This role is heavily focused on interior documentation, BIM library development, and producing high-quality visualizations to support design and client communication — with room to grow into broader digital and workflow responsibilities.
We're looking for someone hungry to learn and grow with the company. This role isn't just about drafting — it's an opportunity to build skills across BIM, AI-assisted workflows, and digital marketing as we scale. Training will be provided across all the areas below, so a willingness to learn matters as much as existing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Revit & Documentation
● Produce detailed and accurate Revit documentation for bespoke residential interiors, including joinery, custom fixtures, finishes schedules, and detailed sections
● Create, maintain, and organize custom BIM families and content libraries tailored to bespoke residential detailing
● Generate high-quality renders using Enscape to support design development and client presentations
● Manage drawing sets through multiple project stages, from concept through to construction issue
● Maintain drafting standards, model quality, and file organization across projects
Client & Systems
● Coordinate directly with clients on documentation queries, revisions, and presentation materials
● Administer and maintain the company CRM, keeping client and project records accurate and up to date
● Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure documentation accuracy and design intent
Innovation & Digital
● Integrate AI tools (Claude AI) into daily documentation and design workflows to improve efficiency
● Support development of social media content, showcasing projects, renders, and behind-the-scenes work
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Revit draftsman working on bespoke or high-end residential projects
● Strong focus and experience in interior documentation (joinery, custom detailing, finishes)
● Demonstrated experience building and managing custom BIM families/libraries
● Proficiency with Enscape for real-time rendering and visualization
● Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with international clients
● Based in Sri Lanka
● Solid understanding of residential construction detailing and documentation standards
● Curious, proactive mindset — comfortable picking up new tools and systems (CRM, AI, social media) with training provided
