Role Overview
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, driving in-store sales, and maintaining brand and operational standards. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a disciplined approach to retail operations. ________________________________________
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
• Actively promote and sell sports products while achieving assigned sales targets
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, including billing, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain proper stock handling, replenishment, tagging, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in line with company policy
• Comply with all company procedures, pricing policies, and reporting requirement

Requirements & Qualifications
• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
• Professional appearance, discipline, and reliability
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in sports retail or knowledge of sporting goods is an advantage
