Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes, including curries, grills, stir-fries, and other main courses.

Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented to high-quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout kitchen operations.

Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen preparation.

Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a hot kitchen (restaurant or hotel experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
