This role involves supporting both front-of-house service and kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities;
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Serve food and beverages efficiently and promptly
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
Support chefs and kitchen staff with general kitchen duties
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Ensure clean plates, utensils, and kitchen equipment are available during service
Requirements;
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala
Korean language skills are a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and follow restaurant procedures and standard recipes
Hard-working, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
