We are seeking an experienced manager to manage our outlets at La Crème Ceylon.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Hands on experience in POS systems
- Ability to manage staff effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good communication skills In English and Sinhala
- Professional or academic qualifications in the relevant area is an added advantage
- Preferably with barista experience
- Enthusiastic and highly self motivated to perform beyond specified roles
Job Role
- Manage all outlet operations
- Provide leadership to staff
- Plan and manage rosters
- Perform a standard shift of work other than management responsibilities
- Overall responsibility in managing and maintains the POS system of the restaurants
- Coordinate with production and responsibility in management of stock and controls
- Responsibility in managing overall outlet finances
- Advise and develop sales and promotional strategies for the business and execute them
- Ensure the maintenance and hygiene factors of outlets and meeting regulatory requirements
- Provide relevant management information and reports
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management
