Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Train and support restaurant staff
• Monitor food quality and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
• Handle administrative tasks such as rosters and delivery orders, reservations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Hospitality management or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record as an experienced restaurant manager.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and management skills
• Competency with POS systems.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly, calmly and professionally / politely
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
