Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

A high-end café and fine dining restaurant with a rooftop beer garden and outdoor station kitchen, opening soon in Katunayake, is seeking experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our opening team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Manage, train, and supervise service staff

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met

• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations

• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control

• Support opening and setup operations of the restaurant

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
