Position: Cashier
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Required Experience: 1–2 years (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to customer telephone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Answer customer queries regarding pricing, discounts, refunds.
• Ensure all customers feel welcomed and receive prompt, friendly, and responsive service.
• Take and manage customer orders at the counter accurately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Receive payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Issue bills and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, tables, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in serving food and beverages to customers when required.
• Perform any other managerial or operational duties necessary for the smooth operation of the restaurant.
