VACANCY – REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVES – ELECTRONICS/LED & HARDWARE ITEMS

We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Position: Regional Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales / regional sales preferred

Locations: Multiple regions across Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales within the assigned region.

• Identify new customers and business opportunities.

• Conduct regular field visits to customers and dealers.

• Promote and sell company products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, collections, and customer requirements.

• Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in regional/field sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• Valid driving license is required – Bike/Vehicle
