Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles

Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms

Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads

Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports

Build a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs

Ensure recruitment activities are done professionally and in compliance with company standards

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify talent and manage multiple vacancies

Knowledge of hiring platforms and sourcing strategies

Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
