Responsibilities
1. Coordinate Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding.
2. Source Candidates: Use local job portals (Ikman.lk, Topjobs.lk, LinkedIn etc.), social media, employee referrals and other channels to attract qualified talent.
3. Screen and Shortlist: Evaluate CVs against job requirements, conduct initial phone/online interviews, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
4. Maintain Candidate Database: Update and maintain applicant tracking spreadsheets/databases for all vacancies.
5. Reporting: Prepare weekly recruitment progress reports (vacancies, pipeline status, time-to-fill metrics).
Requirements
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration (internships also considered for junior roles).
3. Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour market and local recruitment channels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
