Call Center Executive – Recovery Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recovery Officer to manage overdue personal loan accounts, negotiate repayment arrangements, and ensure timely collections while maintaining excellent customer relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

🔆💠 Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments through phone calls and follow-ups.

🔆💠 Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements with customers.

🔆💠 Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.

🔆💠 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

🔆💠 Update customer payment information in the system regularly.

🔆💠 Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

🔅 G.C.E. O/L completed (A/L qualification will be an added advantage).

🔅 Age between 20 – 40 years.

🔅 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🔅 Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

🔅 Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

🔅 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

✨ Previous experience in collections, recovery, customer service, or call center operations is an advantage.

Working Hours

🔰 Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

🔰 Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
