🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily recovery calls, follow-ups, and customer negotiations.
- Manage overdue accounts and drive effective collections.
- Identify delinquent customers and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, promises to pay (PTP), and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recovery practices.
- Support team leaders by sharing insights and field updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in debt recovery, credit collections, or call center collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Ability to meet monthly targets and perform well under pressure
- Good understanding of basic credit and recovery procedures
- Knowledge of CRM/collection systems and MS Office
- Highly disciplined, self-driven, and committed to achieving results
