**Job Overview**
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, customer inquiries, basic accounting tasks, and tracking store inventory. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to communicate well with clients and team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoice management, record-keeping, and daily sales transactions.
- Track store inventory, record inventory changes, and inform the manager of any discrepancies.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed by the management team.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Basic accounting knowledge, with experience in managing invoices and sales records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic inventory management tools.
- Knowledge of Sinhala and English; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
