Job Title: Receptionist (Female)
Location: Kirulapone
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM
We are looking for a pleasant and well-organized female Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a receptionist or front office role and be able to work in the Kirulapone area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments
- Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
- Receive and distribute letters, documents, and parcels
- Support basic administrative and office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
- Ability to work in the Kirulapone area
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
