💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Professional or academic qualifications in Quantity Surveying (NVQ Level 05 or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
High accuracy in pre- and post-costing work.
Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD.
Sound knowledge of market rates and tender processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and take on responsibilities.
Must possess a valid driving license and own a motorbike.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Prepare Bills of Quantities, rate breakdowns, subcontractor payment certificates, and engineering estimates.
Analyze architectural drawings to accurately estimate materials, labor, and costs.
Provide instructions to workers and subcontractors.
Oversee measurements and carry out technical tasks on site.
