Quantity Surveyor - Wattala

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the M&E Sector. If you have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields, and possess the following skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tendering and estimating processes for various projects.

Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Manage and oversee civil and M&E sector-related tasks.

Requirements:

NDT/HNDE / NDES / NCT in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the M&E Sector (preferred) and civil management.

Strong proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Age below 35 years.

Proven experience in tendering and estimating processes.

Ability to handle client relationships professionally.
