DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing work by completing routine checklist while working.
Ensure that any special work if assigned is performed without any hesitation.
Ensure to file the completed check list at the end of the day/task.
Completion ISO check lists given for the day.
Check packaging materials and ensure compliances of material at incoming stage.
Monitor GMP/GHP at factory and carryout factory surrounding audits and follow-up until correction.
Fill check list accurately and completely.
List poor quality packaging materials and production should be recorded and followed up until correction.
Implement 5Sin the factory and monitor on continuous basis.
Maintain Hygienic conditions inside and outside the factory.
Take steps to verify the Finished Good, online Quality Inspection and Incoming Quality Inspection Process.
Ensure to control the defect packaging and product.
Ensure to accept quality of packaging material & final product.
Ensure to raise NCR for the non-conformity.
Ensure to maintain records (including tolerance guide and standard samples).
Ensure the correctness of information record in inspection check sheets.
Ensure the proper filing is maintained by the team member.
Check online production processes and ensure that the quality of the products are within the expected range.
