Your Role
As a Purchasing Officer at Jolly’s Creamery, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s high standards by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality materials and services. This role involves managing purchase orders and requisitions, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting internal departments to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
✅ Oversee day-to-day procurement activities to ensure timely deliveries.
✅ Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
✅ Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost efficiencies.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to forecast and plan material requirements.
✅ Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions and supplier information.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
✅ Strong knowledge of purchase orders, requisitions, and purchase management.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
✅ Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage.
