📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies
• Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation
• Coordinate with kitchen, stores, finance, and operations teams
• Ensure quality standards and uninterrupted supply
✅ Requirements
• Prior experience in Purchasing / Procurement (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Basic computer literacy (Excel preferred)
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
